Golden Residency is a long-term residence route for eligible applicants, with five- or ten-year durations depending on the category. Investors, entrepreneurs and specialised talent are among the categories described by the authorities. Eligibility and evidence differ between categories.

Start with the emirate, your current residence status and the category you want assessed. For a property-based enquiry, clarify whose name appears on the ownership documents. A company name and an individual applicant name should not be treated as interchangeable.

After clarifying the category, we can identify the documents needed for review. Do not send account passwords, UAE Pass login details or one-time verification codes.

What your quotation should explain

The written quotation should identify the applicant, scope, total selling price and any exclusions such as insurance or separately payable items. VIP assistance must be described clearly; it does not replace authority approval.

The responsible authority decides eligibility and approval. Processing time depends on the category, document completeness and required appointments. We confirm the proposed service scope after reviewing the case.
